OUR STORY

David E. Gemmill founded D.E. Gemmill Inc. in 1986 and continues to serve as the company's president. Our journey began with pavement markings and asphalt maintenance services across the Mid-Atlantic region. Decades of experience serving diverse markets have given us the expertise to deliver exceptional results while continuously expanding our geographical reach. Today we are a trusted traffic safety contractor proudly serving Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware.

Recognizing a growing need for reliable access to quality safety products, D.E. Gemmill Inc. launched the Signs & Safety Division — a dedicated branch specializing in MUTCD-compliant traffic signs, safety equipment, and signage solutions. We serve construction crews, public works departments, utility companies, paving and excavating contractors, warehousing operations, fire and EMS departments, municipalities, first responders, emergency responders, safety managers, facilities teams, landscapers, roofers, and more.
